Frank has a comprehensive working experience of over 20 years as a senior auditing, accounting, investment banking and management executive garnered through working in the manufacturing, oil marketing, automobile and investment banking industries in the private sector as well as the public sector of Ghana.
Through his extensive work experience in both the private and public sectors of Ghana, Frank has held several senior executive roles some of which include: Director of Audit, Associate Executive Director, Financial Controller & Head of Administration, Head of Asset Management, and Head of Pensions.
Frank holds a Doctor of Business Administration Degree and a Master of Applied Business Research Degree from the Swiss Business School (SBS), Switzerland. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA Accounting) Degree from the University of Ghana. He has Bachelor of Commerce Degree (B’Com) First Class Honors from the University of Cape-Coast, Ghana and a Postgraduate Certificate in Contemporary Management from the Nobel International Business School (NiBS), Ghana. He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (UK), a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (Ghana), and the Certified Internal Control Professional (USA). Frank received the coveted award of The Most Outstanding Thesis at the doctoral graduation ceremony held on Ghana campus of SBS/NiBS.
Frank has been a trainer and lead facilitator in a number of management and academic training programmes for senior management and governing boards of organizations in the cognate areas of corporate governance, public financial management, auditing, strategic leadership, accounting, investment management, tax planning and innovation management. Some organizations that Frank had facilitated training programmes for include Media General Ghana Ltd, Ghana Water Company, Electricity Company of Ghana, Ghana Revenue Authority, UMB Investment Holdings Ltd, Internal Audit Agency, and the Ministry of Roads and Highways.
Through serving on several governing boards and working at various executive levels in the corporate world, Frank has garnered a lot of practical board room expertise as well as executive management experience which enables him to impart practical knowledge to senior management and governing boards in training programmes.
