Mr. Nelson Cudjoe Kuagbedzi

Nelson Cudjoe Kuagbedzi is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, investment analysis, and capital markets. He currently oversees the Finance and Accounting functions across several affiliated companies.

Prior to his current role, Nelson held key positions in the financial services industry, including serving as the Head of Finance and Investment at Jins Savings and Loans. He also gained significant experience in the capital markets as an Investment Analyst and Business Development Officer, focusing on the Francophone Capital Markets (BRVM and BVMAC) at SIC Brokerage Ltd.

Nelson is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Practitioner, and a Chartered Banker, holding membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG), the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana (CITG), the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana (CIB), and the Institute of Directors Ghana (MIoD).

Academically, Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and an MPhil in Corporate Finance from the Mouloud Mammeri University in Algeria. He also earned an MBA in Financial Management from the prestigious Ecole Supérieure de Gestion (MBA ESG) in Paris, France.

In addition to his academic and professional qualifications, he has an Executive Certificate in Pensions Management from the African University College of Communication Studies (AUCC) in Accra. He also has the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Certificate, a Certificate in Fixed Income Trading from the National Banking College, as well as a Certificate in Fiscal Policy from the prestigious London School of Management and Planning (LSMP)
