Winslow N. S. Sackeyfio, is the General Manager at UMB Stockbrokers Ltd., a Licensed Dealing Member of the Ghana Stock Exchange and licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Broker-Dealer. Winslow is responsible for ensuring the strategic goals of the company are met and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business.

He was the Investment Strategist and the Head of the Operations Department at Pensions Alliance Trust, a licensed pensions trustee company that is responsible for administrating Tier 2 and Tier 3 pension schemes. He is responsible for all the technical aspects of administering the company’s pension schemes from liaising with employers (sponsors, scheme members, fund managers, custodians and all relevant industry regulators. He also leads the operations department; plans, oversees and coordinates the activities of operational staff.

Before taking up this role, Winslow was the Head of the Pensions and Mutual Funds Department at FirstBanC Financial Services, an integrated investment banking firm. Prior to that, he was the Director of Capital Markets charged with advising sectors with regards to developing strategies for acquisition, corporate reorganizing/restructuring, valuation, IPOs as well as debt and equity financing on the capital market. He was also the Head of the Research Department, where he oversaw the analysts in the department and spearheaded the media outreach program of the firm with numerous appearances on radio and television to talk about financial markets and investments. He also served as the Vice chairman of the Investment and Risk Management Committee of the company.

Before becoming an Investment Banker, Winslow worked for over six years as a Regulatory Officer at the Food and Drugs Board and has conducted over a hundred quality audits in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities both locally and internationally. Winslow holds a B. Pharm degree in Pharmacy and an Executive MBA in Banking and Finance from the Paris Graduate School of Management. He is a CFA Charter holder and a Part II Candidate in the Financial Risk Management (FRM) program.
