UMBS buys and sells securities listed on the Ghana Stock exchange on behalf of its clients by executing client’s buy and sell orders on the stock market in a timely manner and in accordance with clients’ instructions.
However, clients who give a discretionary mandate have their equity portfolio professionally and actively managed by UMBS to yield good returns. Clients are advised appropriately within 24 hours of the execution of orders
UMBS is also a GSE Securities Depository Participant. We open securities depository accounts for both individuals and corporate bodies and migrate their share certificates into the depository at no cost to the client.
This enables trading under the Automated Trading System of the GSE.
